Actually my favorite part is the leftovers.

The turkey is in the oven. I used the "butter marinade" method from epicurious, which consists of slathering stick or two of butter (to which I added some rosemary and orange juice) all over the bird and sticking a healthy tablespoon of it under the skin on the breast. Four hours from now (it's a big turkey) we shall behold the result . One of these days I'm going to use this recipe. In the meantime, it's just inspirational to read.
